Our Nature-ally Raised
Meat Chickens and Egg Layers
Our chickens for meat are white Cornish Rock Crosses. They are incredibly
lazy. They think they live in a resort. They are supplied with much
protection as they are not really good at defending themselves being so
lazy, you know. We hand mix their own grains and natural nutrients. We
supply them with fresh cuttings from the field to ensure they get their
daily intake of the necessary greens and bugs for their nutritional needs
and digestive systems. We try our best to make sure our meat chickens live
happy and naturally through their short lives. The result is a wonderfully
tasting and weighted bird.
Chicken Eggs: $3.00 dozen
Our Nature-Ally Raised Cows
Our cattle are
Highland/Galloway first crossbreeds. We believe by combining the Highland
and the Galloway, not only does this provide an excellent quality tender
meat while maintaining less fat, but also the disposition of the cattle are
extremely good. Both breeds maintain good foraging qualities in the
offspring. Of course, being good mothers, they are good caretakers of the
farm and get along well with the other animals.

Whole Bean Organic Fair Trade Coffees
Dark Sumatra Gayoland Organic Fair Trade Coffee
A Fair-Trade Organic coffee bean from the Gayo region of the Indonesian
island of Sumatra now roasted to the French Level. This roast enhances
the inherent earthy and chocolaty undertones, while maintaining it's
famously low acidity and heavy body.
French Roast, Full Body, Low Medium Acidity
Fair Trade Organic Espresso Coffee
Fair Trade coffees have grown in popularity in the past few years, and
this espresso blend is a testament to that fact. This coffee is
Italian roasted to perfection, full bodied espresso blend, it makes an
espresso that is complex and strong, with a superior aroma to go along
with the rich crema. Fans of the darkest coffees will enjoy it as a
regular brew.
Italian Roast, Heavy Body, Medium High Acidity
Mexican Chiapas Organic Fair Trade Coffee
The Chiapas region of Mexico is right on the border of Guatemala's
Huehuetenango region, so the coffees share some similar traits. A mild,
medium coffee, it has the fruity and nutty flavor notes associated with
the region, with some hints of clove and earthiness. The acidity is
bright, but not over powering, and the aroma is delicate and fresh.
Medium Roast, Balanced Body, Medium Acidity
Costa Rican La Amistad Organic Fair Trade Coffee
The La Amistad farm has been dedicated to organic growing practices for
over 10 years. In the cup it has the sweet and fruity tones you expect
from a high-grown Costa Rican, with some welcome yet unexpected earthy
undertones. Bright and lively in the cup, it is an excellent example of
what organic coffees can be.
Medium Roast, Balanced Body, Medium Acidity
Nicaraguan SHG Organic Fair Trade Coffee
Nicaragua is a fairly new entry into the coffee export world, and they
have made quite a splash already. Some experts say that this Strictly
High Grown (SHG) coffee can give Kona a run for it's money, but I guess
time will tell. The SHG grade here is especially important, as the
highest grown coffees of Nicaragua do not develop the high acidity that
is associated with many Central American coffees. This is a very well
balanced cup, featuring a mild body, light acidity, and excellent aroma.
Medium Roast, Smooth Balanced Body, Low Medium Acidity
