We are not offering any meat sales at this time  due to the high costs of operation, fuels, etc.

We have always grown herbs here naturally.  Rarely before have we ever offered herbs for sale.  This year will be our first year to offer fresh and dried herbs.  As we see how our stock progresses this year we will list on our site the herbs we have available.

Fresh Herbs

As the herbs are ready to harvest we will be happy to offer them and their availability on our site.  Herbs are wonderful when they are used fresh.  A great accompaniment to fresh fall vegetables and meats. 

We offer dried herbs which have been dehydrated.  We run dehydrators during late summer and throughout the fall as harvests begin.  When we dehydrate, we utilize the optimal method for each particular herb to make sure they maintain the optimal properties natural to that herb.
